Nathan Hawsey is a young tenor who’s repertoire covers a broad spectrum of genres. Bach to Puccini, he has appeared in Roles such as Basilio in La Nozze di Figaro, Prunier in La Rondine, Don Ottavio in Don Giovanni, Ferrando in Così fan tutte, Jupiter in Semele and Private Sam in the world premiere of Urban Legend, to name a few. Mr. Hawsey has also appeared as a soloist in major works such as Bach’s St. John Passion and Mozart’s Coronation Mass.

Originally from Virginia, Nathan currently resides in Baltimore. Under the tutelage of Randall Scarlata, he is a recent graduate of the Master of Music degree program at the Peabody Conservatory. He holds degrees in both Vocal Performance and Music Education. Mr. Hawsey looks forward to his first season with Bach in Baltimore.
