We are THRILLED to be returning to live rehearsals beginning Tuesday, September 7th – and look forward to being “Bach” making music with each and every one of you!
For those of you who have been with us throughout the long Zoom season – THANK YOU for your dedication to singing, to Bach in Baltimore, and to our preparations for a return to live performances this fall. To those of you who are joining us as new members – we welcome you, and look forward to meeting you in person very soon as you become a part of the BIB Family!
Please see our 2021-22 Choir Handbook & Covenant, which includes a comprehensive overview of Bach in Baltimore, our upcoming season and expectations, our COVID-19 health and safety measures, uniform requirements, rehearsal tools, etc. This year, this also includes a covenant section, outlining what Bach in Baltimore promises to you as members, and what our expectations of each member are for the season. On the final page of this document, there is a place for you to check a box confirming that you have read the handbook in full, and for you to sign. You may print out a copy, physically sign, and scan/take a photo to return it OR you may sign it digitally via Adobe. Whichever method you choose, please send back a signed copy via email to rebecca@bachinbaltimore.org AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. This will constitute your first step of registration.
IMPORTANT: As you’ve already heard from Maestro Dimmock, one of the conditions in the covenant above is that ALL CHOIR MEMBERS BE FULLY VACCINATED in order to participate in live rehearsals and concerts. At the first live rehearsal, you will be required to bring proof of vaccination – which if you cannot provide, will result in your inability to participate until you can provide such proof. If you have any questions about this, please email the Maestro and myself as soon as possible. Note: We will not retain any medical records or other documentation you provide as proof of vaccination, but will simply check you off as having presented said proof.
Also included here is the full FY22 rehearsal/concert calendar as it stands to date. Please review as soon as possible so that you are able to integrate all dates into your personal calendars. You will note that we will now be at our NEW HOST LOCATION for most rehearsals: Center for the Arts, 3400 Norman Ave., Baltimore, MD 21230.
Again, welcome back – and we look forward being being “Bach” together very soon!

P.S. All passes and tickets to 2021-22 season concerts are now on sale THIS at our website (bachinbaltimore.org) – so spread the word with family and friends! At this time, we also encourage you to check out our Health & Safety Protocols page for audience members.
